If you are looking for a hoverboard that will not clear your bank account, and still comes with all the basic functionality, then the VEEKO Hoverboard is what you are looking for.
VEEKO Hoverboard is really one of the cheapest hoverboards we've reviewed so far. Is it really the best hoverboard for low budget users? Let's find out. Considering the low price, the content when we opened the box was not shocking. You get the hoverboard, a charging cable, an instruction manual and that's it. The low price means you won't get fancy accessories, and many are perfectly fine with that. Design and Construction There are good things about this hoverboard like solid construction and minimalist design. This is not a hoverboard designed for off-road terrain, but works well on simple terrain. The hoverboard comes with UL2272 certification, and the reason I am mentioning this in all reviews is that this has more or less become a reference for the hoverboards you should buy or avoid. We do not want consumers to risk their safety. VEEKO Hoverboard Review The hoverboard does not take long to charge, and when you are not using it, the hoverboard automatically shuts down to preserve the battery. This is certainly a cool feature that should be more common on all hoverboards, because preserving the battery is necessary. At the very least, because you don't want to spend more time charging the hoverboard's battery than using it. If you are looking for a hoverboard to give to a child, or if you are a beginner, then this is a great option. It is cheap, has a decent build quality and comes with UL2272 certification. However, I must mention that there are some disadvantages as well. For starters, the VEEKO Hoverboard comes without water protection, Bluetooth speakers or an app. The top speed of 9.5 Km / h (6 mph) is not impressive. Pros + Decent build quality and minimalist design + UL2272 Certification + Light weight + Charges quickly and turns off when not in use + Great option for the low price Cons - Not water resistant - No Bluetooth speakers, no smartphone connectivity apps - The speed of 9.5 Km / h (6 mph) is the slowest we have seen Conclusion Are we completely impressed by the VEEKO review? Do not. Did we expect to stay? Of course not! After all, we're talking about a budget-friendly entry-level hoverboard. But what we can say is that, VEEKO is a good hoverboard. Powerful, reliable and fun to ride with all the safety and durability you expect from a premium product. For a hoverboards on clearance novice or a child looking for an upgrade, you can be a winner here. The same goes for adults looking for something cheap and simple but effective. It won't be for everyone, but if you can handle the top speed of 9.5 Km / h (6 mph) and the lack of Bluetooth speakers, etc., it's a great buy for the price.
